We blend human strategy with AI automation to create a new kind of marketing workflow: faster, less expensive, and more authentic.

About the Role

We’re looking for a media-savvy specialist who can research the right shows, build relationships with hosts and producers, and secure high-quality interview opportunities for Blazel’s clients. You’ll craft targeted pitches, manage the outreach pipeline, and coordinate all logistics from intro to recording to post-episode amplification. This role blends classic PR pitching with podcast market know-how and a process-driven mindset.

Note: This is a fully-remote, night shift role based on USA, California hours (Pacific Time Zone, PST):

  • Mon–Thu: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Build curated target lists per client using discovery tools (Podchaser, Listen Notes) and your own research.
  • Craft tailored pitches and angles; run disciplined outreach and follow-ups to secure bookings.
  • Qualify shows for fit, audience, credibility and format; maintain notes and status in Airtable/CRM.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics with hosts, producers and clients; prep guests with briefs, bios and talking points.
  • Track pipeline metrics, maintain dashboards, and report weekly on outreach, responses, and wins.
  • Collaborate with the team to repurpose appearances into social posts and light show-notes support.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with producers to unlock repeat and referral bookings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Comfortable emailing and hopping on calls with US-based hosts.
  • 2+ years in PR, media relations, podcast booking or related communications roles.
  • Proven pitching chops with examples of placements you personally secured.
  • Strong knowledge of the US podcast ecosystem, formats and booking workflows.
  • Process oriented, organized, and reliable across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Comfortable with tools such as Airtable, Google Workspace, Gmail outreach, and scheduling apps.

Bonus If You Have

  • Podcast production knowledge (editing basics, formats, or guest prep).
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed setup.
  • Familiarity with podcast & contact discovery tools (Listen Notes, SignalHire).
