The Role
  • Social Media Paid Campaigns:
    • Develop end-to-end, implement, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (all done internally – no agency involved).
    • Create engaging content tailored to different social media channels.
  • Google Search and Display Paid Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to increase brand visibility and attract potential candidates (all done internally – no agency involved).
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum impact.
    • Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Management of Review Sites:
    • Oversee and optimize sponsored ads on platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, and other relevant job boards.
  • Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Track and analyze the performance of all employer branding campaigns.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing end-to-end paid social media, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, AdWords, Meta Business suite/Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
