1. Supply and Inventory Planning Develop and maintain supply plans based on confirmed demand forecasts and supplier lead times. Ensure adequate inventory levels of imported finished goods to meet sales and service level targets. Regularly review stock status to avoid out-of-stocks and overstock situations. 2. Purchase Order Management Prepare and release purchase orders to suppliers based on supply plans. Monitor shipment schedules, and delivery performance from supplier. 3. Shipment and Import Coordination Closely track shipment status from supplier dispatch up to arrival at port and warehouse. Coordinate with brokers for timely clearance and delivery. Manage expected ETD/ETA updates and proactively communicate any shipment delays or deviations. 4. Supplier Collaboration Coordinate regularly with suppliers to confirm stocks readiness, packing lists, and shipping documents. Align with suppliers on delivery priorities, especially during supply constraints or urgent replenishment needs. Address discrepancies in shipment quantity, documentation, or product quality. 5. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Demand Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow. Support Sales and Marketing teams with product availability updates and arrival schedules. Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align the supply. 6. Inventory Aging and Stock Disposition Conduct monthly monitoring of inventory aging to identify slow-moving and near-expiry stocks. Discuss aging stock status with the Marketing team to determine appropriate disposition plans such as promotions, pullouts, or write-offs. 7. Coordination with Repacker and 3PL Work closely with the repacker and 3PL warehouse to synchronize the timing of each production activity, ensuring that all processes are seamlessly integrated. Weekly Alignment on Promotions and Bundling:Collaborate with the CCSD and Marketing teams on a weekly basis to prioritize promotions and bundling activities, ensuring that marketing/CCSD initiatives are supported by production schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
