Software Development Team Lead – Infor Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines The Software Development Team Lead will oversee a cross‑functional development team responsible for delivering features and enhancements to the Infor Enterprise Quoting application. This role combines project and people management responsibilities with minimal hands‑on development using Enterprise Quoting Designer, ensuring the team consistently delivers high‑quality software. A Day in The Life Leading and mentoring the members of the scrum team; includes performance management for each and compensation analysis. Allocating tasks, managing workload, and ensuring project timelines are met. Fostering and advocating PBM principles to the team. Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum principles and practices. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Working with other teams and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver value iteratively. What You Will Need 7 total years of professional software development experience. 5 years in an engineer/developer role. 2 years in a team lead role. What Will Put You Ahead Proficiency in C# and .NET framework (including .NET Core/.NET 5). Ability to review code, ensure quality standards, and provide technical guidance to the team.
