About the role TRITECH MACROSYSTEM INC. is seeking an experienced and driven Project in Charge to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. As Project in Charge, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. What you’ll be doing Manage and coordinate all activities related to the assigned construction project, ensuring timely and efficient delivery Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals Oversee the project budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment Prepare detailed progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations What we’re looking for Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Project in Charge role within the construction industry Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members Proficient in the use of project management software and tools Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Apply now #J-18808-Ljbffr
