DWS - Procurement Analyst (Source to Pay) - Associate DWS Group Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Position Overview We are looking for a creative thinker and innovator to join our procurement team as a Procurement Operations Associate. In this role you will deliver reliable, compliant and efficient procurement operations services, focusing on purchase order management, contract administration, help‑desk and user support. Responsibilities Procurement Operations service delivery with focus on purchase order management, contract administration, help‑desk and user support Procurement process improvement and documentation Help‑desk and user support Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field Proven professional experience in a procurement operations function, preferably within asset management, banking, or financial services Good understanding of the source‑to‑pay business process Ability to work independently and within a team Strong English communication and presentation skills Interest in using advanced tools for process improvement Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Ariba Microsoft PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI) experience is a plus Amenable to mid‑shift schedule: 2 pm to 11 pm What We’ll Offer A hybrid working model, allowing for in‑office/work‑from‑home flexibility, comprehensive leave policy, personal and volunteer days Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits Access to best‑in‑class trainings, in‑role development and career progression opportunities If you require any adjustments or changes to the interview process for any reason including, or related to a disability or long‑term health condition, please contact your recruiter and let them know what assistance you may need.
