Sany Philippines INC.' is seeking an experienced Aftersales Service Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the aftersales operations of our automotive business in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the growth of our aftersales services.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and coordinate the aftersales team, including technicians, parts personnel and customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase customer retention
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our automotive products, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure availability
  • Analyze aftersales data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
  • Liaise with the sales team to align aftersales support with customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant automotive industry regulations and standards
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive aftersales or service industry
  • Thorough understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and people management capabilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Relevant degree or certification in automotive technology or a related field
