• Drive effective internal controls to minimise risks associated with financial transactions while maintaining strong relationships with external auditors and implementing their recommendations.
• Oversee accurate preparation of all finance reports required by stakeholders, banking partners, and regulatory bodies while ensuring timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books.

• Demonstrated expertise in establishing internal control frameworks that promote accountability while minimising risk across all areas of finance operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance requirements including those set by tax authorities (such as BIR), securities regulators (SEC), local government units (LGU), and other relevant agencies.
• Experience managing relationships with external auditors as well as banking partners; adept at negotiating credit facilities or optimising borrowing rates when necessary.
• Ability to certify accurate finance reports for stakeholders while overseeing timely month-end/quarter-end/year-end closing procedures using advanced reporting systems.
• A collaborative approach combined with excellent interpersonal skills that foster trust among colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
