Sales Representative

Identify and target new business opportunities within the meat supply sector. Actively generate new leads and pursue sales opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, and restaurants. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Provide tailored solutions based on customer needs and ensure excellent service to promote repeat business. Stay up-to-date on the range of meat products we offer, both frozen and processed, to effectively promote and upsell to customers. Advise clients on product specifications, quality, and benefits. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve sales targets while ensuring profitability for the company. Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitors. Regularly report sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager. Work closely with the operations, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery, customer satisfaction, and effective promotions. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food industry (meat products or similar). Strong knowledge of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).
