Manage technical aspects of construction projects, adhering to specifications and designs. Oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion. Support project managers in resource, scheduling, and communication management. Design and supervise infrastructure projects, focusing on safety and structural integrity. Specialize in designing HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems for efficiency. Develop accurate cost estimates for various construction components (electrical, overall, architectural). Create precise technical drawings and plans using CAD software. This Role Is for You If… Experience At least 2 years of working experience in the engineering/construction industry. Experience in commercial or residential construction projects. Technical Skills Skilled in tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, or Simpro. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Knowledge of electrical codes and construction standards (for Electrical Engineer roles). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Non‑Negotiables Excellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills. Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical abilities. Able to manage time and deadlines independently. Team player with a solution‑focused mindset. Compensation and Schedule Up to ₱80,000 Base (depending on experience). Schedule dependent on client’s timezone.
