Senior Process Engineer

A real estate and hospitality company in Subic, Zambales is looking for a Senior Process Engineer (Construction) who will develop, optimize, and implement processes to improve the company's financial and operational aspects in a timely manner. The company is looking for someone with strong analytical, financial, problem solving, project leading and implementation skills with expertise in civil engineering with supporting knowledge in mechanical, electrical and other fields of engineering. Key Result Area: To develop and establish construction management operations which includes proper systems and processes, staffing and control systems To manage the full cycle of all construction projects, from client requirements to final evaluation Key Responsibilities: 1. Budget and schedule management Define project budgets and deadlines, and monitor to ensure it stays within financial and time constraints 2. Financial Administration Coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors, process expense reimbursements, and manage project accounting databases. 3. Project Implementation and Management Meet with clients to understand project requirements, provide expert advice, and negotiate contracts Conduct feasibility studies, study blueprints and plans, and create project timelines and risk assessments Manage the entire project life cycle, including delegating tasks, supervising staff, and monitoring progress to ensure it stays on time and within budget Supervise the implementation of plans, coordinate with vendor, assist with procurement of materials, and conduct final inspections 4. Technical Problem Solving Analyze designs, troubleshoot issues, identify potential weaknesses, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges 6. Reporting & Communication Communicate with clients, team members, design teams and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status, present findings, and resolve problems Requirements: Zambales or Central Luzon - based Engineer 3-5 years of experience as Construction / Project Controller is required Graduate of Engineering (Civil Engineering is a plus) Professional engineering license is required With track record of strong implementation Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented Proficient with Microsoft Office Can start work immediately #J-18808-Ljbffr
