Marketing Coordinator

We seek a dynamic, part-time remote Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our client’s brand and reach a wider audience. Track engagement and recommend improvements. Email Marketing: Set up, format, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. Content Creation: Create visuals for social media, blogs, and other marketing purposes using tools like Canva. Blog & Website Management: Manage blog post formatting and scheduling through WordPress, ensuring content is SEO-optimized. Video & Podcast Coordination: Manage YouTube video uploads and weekly podcast marketing, including descriptions, social copy, images, and platform publishing. AI Tools & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas and streamline marketing efforts. Guest & Prospect Research: Research potential podcast guests and prospects, using defined criteria to expand our network. Marketing Effectiveness: Track and analyze marketing performance, suggesting new strategies or tactics for growth and improvement. Experience in coordinating and managing effective B2B marketing strategies. Familiarity with driving organic engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, WordPress, ConvertKit, Captivate, Castmagic, or similar. Basic graphic design skills. Strong writing and communication abilities. Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps . Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps . Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage. Primary Device: Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer) , Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer) , AMD Ryzen 5 , or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM . Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. Must be functional during power interruptions. Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam . A noise-canceling USB headset . A quiet, dedicated home office space . A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
