Your Role Manage and maintain the content/editorial calendar, delegating tasks as needed. Create, schedule, and publish content on the company blog and across social media platforms. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture audiences. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards in HubSpot to monitor KPIs and track campaign performance. Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot marketing automation tools, including workflows and forms. Collaborate with the marketing director to oversee website strategy and content. Research and implement SEO strategies in coordination with an outsourced SEO provider. Track, analyze, and report on metrics (email, social media, website, campaigns) to support data‑driven decision‑making. Support PR and branding efforts including thought leadership and press releases. Non‑Negotiables Marketing agency experience. Software proficiency in HubSpot. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record managing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong background in content management and social media marketing. Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurement. Preferred Skills/Expertise 1–2 years of experience working with HubSpot, including Pro or Enterprise automation, workflows, dashboards, and reporting. Proficiency with design/productivity software: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, Zoom, WordPress, and Asana. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools. Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Highly organized, creative thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a self‑starter mindset.
