Associate Partner Success Manager

ConnectWise, located at Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Central Luzon, Philippines Associate Partner Success Manager Partner Success Manager is responsible for alignment at the leadership level of our low touch and tech touch partners while building and maintaining strong relationships to help these select partners progress on their transformation journey. This role works in partnership with cross‑functional teams to help customers accelerate business value and ROI from their investment with ConnectWise. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides support to cross‑functional teams with high attention to detail Researches, analyzes, and documents findings Might coach and review work of other team members Ensures partners derive maximum value, utilize all licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate for adoption and successful renewal Builds and nurtures relationships across accounts to solidify partnership and penetration deeper into the account Effectively networks within accounts to help partners achieve objectives Monitors partner usage data, health indicators, maturity scores, renewal dates, and growth opportunities, translating into success strategies Evangelizes product capabilities across the entire platform Develops an understanding of typical business challenges faced by partners to address their needs Identifies risks to the partner that inhibit stated business goals Acts as an escalation point to drive timely, proactive resolution Knowledge, Skills, and/ or Abilities Required Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision Advanced knowledge of applicable work area Ability to adapt to new technology and processes as per partner requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Analytical, communication, and organizational skills Technical acumen and business management skills Strong knowledge of various business processes Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technology and business concepts Knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops Preferred: working knowledge of ConnectWise products and platform features Educational and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience 3+ years of relevant experience Preferred: 2+ years of SaaS industry experience Working Conditions Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location 0‑10% travel Equal Opportunity Employment ConnectWise is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce and providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
