Overview

Data Analyst (Up to ₱80K + WFH + FREE AI Certification) – Remote | Night Shift (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PH Time).

Responsibilities
  • Find Purpose by transforming complex data into clear, impactful reports and visualizations that inform key business decisions.
  • Unlock Possibility by collaborating across Sales, Client Services, and Product teams to identify data needs and implement scalable solutions.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports using SQL and Excel.
  • Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and implement scalable solutions.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience as a data analyst.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
  • Technical Skills:
    — Excel: PivotTables, PivotCharts, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, nested IF statements, data cleaning formulas, conditional formatting, and building dynamic dashboards.
    — SQL: Writing complex SELECT queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, CASE), data aggregation, trend analysis, subqueries, and basic performance optimization.
    — Power BI: Designing and publishing interactive dashboards/reports, proficiency in DAX, data model management, data source connections, and Power BI Service.
  • Non-Negotiables: Strong attention to detail; solid problem-solving and analytical thinking; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.

  • Compensation: Up to PHP 80,000 (depending on experience).
  • Schedule: Night Shift (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM PH Time), Mondays - Fridays.
  • Work Setup: Remote.
  • Tech Stack: Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Reports to: Department Manager.
