Role Overview: As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing audience targeting and data management platforms (DMPs) to ensure effective digital advertising campaigns. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling audience segmentation, analyzing data for campaign insights, and working closely with cross-functional teams to execute targeted advertising strategies. You will be expected to ensure accurate data collection and facilitate the smooth operation of ad tech tools for real-time campaign optimization. What you will do: Manage and maintain data collection and data management platforms; Conduct audience segmentation and optimize audience targeting for digital advertising campaigns; Analyze data for campaign insights and develop targeted advertising strategies; Ensure accurate audience targeting and campaign optimization, leading to measurable improvements in ad performance and ROI; Optimize data flows across platforms to improve audience insights and data-driven decisions; Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to data discrepancies, audience misclassification, or campaign delivery; Maintain and monitor performance metrics, offering actionable insights for campaign improvements; Drive continuous optimization of audience management strategies to enhance ad relevance and reach. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field 2+ years of experience in ad operations, with a focus on audience management and data management platforms Expertise with DMPs, DSPs, and data analytics tools Experience in programmatic advertising and RTB Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge of digital advertising technologies and industry trends Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad-serving platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
