Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards (AASB, IFRS, ATO regulations). CPA qualification (AU or PH) or equivalent professional certification. Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Passion for continuous learning and process improvement. Your Daily Tasks Deliver expert Australian tax and accounting advisory for SMEs, trusts, partnerships, and global subsidiaries. Oversee client engagements and ensure compliance with ATO standards and Australian accounting regulations. Mentor, guide, and upskill your team members for professional success. Drive innovation through process improvements and strategic financial insights. Collaborate directly with clients and senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
