Role Overview:
  1. Conduct data analysis and transactional review to identify patterns and anomalies indicating irregularities, policy violations, and process deviations.
  2. Design and maintain data systems, develop scripts, and mine data to facilitate compliance testing.
  3. Contribute to the development of internal procedures and policy enhancements.
  4. Assist in projects aimed at business process improvements to address control gaps and operational efficiencies.
  5. Implement the strategic direction provided by the Manager to ensure effective compliance activities and measure the success of corrective actions.
  6. Establish and maintain processes and procedures for compliance analytics, ensuring efficient conduct and timely updates of standards, criteria, or policies.
  7. Proactively prevent internal control issues and promote continuous improvement in compliance with policies and processes.
  8. Address internal control gaps and reduce the risk of recurring issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in audit, risk management, data analysis, or statistics.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as ACL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Eager to learn, innovative, and a team player.
