Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Director of Information Operations & Insights / Head of Data Operations to lead and scale our information services function. This leader will ensure that high-quality information assets fuel global go-to-market success, while embedding predictive models and actionable insights into daily operations. Overseeing a 20-member team, the Director will balance strategy and execution—driving process innovation, building intelligence capabilities, and ensuring excellence in delivery. Key Responsibilities Insights & Business Impact Translate ICP/TAM segmentation into structured, actionable datasets that enable smarter targeting and improved conversion rates. Partner with Product and Analytics teams to operationalize predictive and propensity models. Deliver insights that directly improve lead prioritization, sales productivity, and downstream GTM performance. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the single point of accountability for information delivery outcomes. Work closely with Operations, Systems, and xDR teams to ensure alignment with pipeline and campaign priorities. Anticipate risks, troubleshoot delivery challenges, and maintain strong cross-functional relationships. People Leadership Lead and develop a 20-person team including Leads, QA Specialists, and Information Agents. Set clear KPIs, oversee performance management, and implement training and development programs. Build a high-performance culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation. Operational Excellence Oversee daily execution of 50+ builds across Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Launchpad, and Televerified. Uphold rigorous quality standards in information enrichment, accuracy, and deduplication. Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Strategic Operations & Innovation Design and evolve the information operations framework, including process architecture and resource planning. Establish and maintain a centralized library of templates and taxonomies to promote consistency and reuse. Continuously improve systems and practices to support long-term growth and scalability. Success Metrics Delivery Performance: ≥ 50 builds/day teamwide with ≥ 95% SLA adherence. Information Quality: ≥ 90% title accuracy, 100% regional accuracy, ≤ 1% duplication. Efficiency: ≥ 80% template reuse, < 10% productivity variance across team members. Insights: Predictive datasets delivered on time, ≥ 80% aligned with conversion outcomes. Team: < 5% quarterly attrition; ≥ 8/10 team satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Proven leadership of large-scale B2B information or operations teams (15+ FTEs) Strong expertise in ICP/ TAM segmentation, information sourcing, enrichment, and delivery workflows Must have an experience with Zoominfo for verifying leads. Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Experience embedding predictive models into operational workflows Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
