Overview The successful candidate will champion and spearhead initiatives in designing training programs and materials, facilitating learning sessions and workshops, coordinating training logistics and schedules, and monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness. They will play a key role in driving learning and development initiatives and supporting capacity-building efforts. Duties and Responsibilities Formulates teaching outline; determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, on-the-job, demonstration, etc. that best suit the needs of the participants; develops training program and module. Develops teaching aids such as training handouts, multimedia visual aids and other materials that could be used as reference for the participants. Schedules training and prepares necessary logistics for training implementation. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques and makes suggestions on how to improve training program and design. Evaluates sales performance in relation to the trainings implemented to ensure that trainings are translated into skills and gauges training effectiveness through a competency tracking system. Gathers concerns and feedback pertaining to microinsurance encountered in the field; logs it in a database; contacts specific persons involved to solve the problem; and monitors the progress of the concern.
