Job Details Job ID: Posted: 10-Oct-2025 Role type: Full‑time Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Areas of Interest: Building Management, Property Management Responsibilities Provide leadership and management on internal business operations of the Property Management business in the Philippines. Drive performance management and talent development / acquisition programs to support service delivery growth. Manage the transition of assets, ensuring establishment, handover, documentation, hiring, billing, SOP establishment and operational requirements for service delivery. Lead overall delivery of service excellence program. Support the Head of Property Management to ensure financial projections and performance are met. Create governance and processes, ensuring contracts are in place to standards and processes are followed professionally. Develop, educate, enable and implement standard operating procedures based on Global Standards platform, localised market/industry standards, and maintain SOPs in SharePoint. Collaborate with Property Management Leadership team to prepare and institutionalise risk registry review and monitoring. Collaborate with Shared Services (HR, IT, L&D, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, etc.) to support broader operations. Oversee audit and process improvement program on an ongoing basis. Roll out and manage implementation of systems/IT that add value to teams and clients. Provide supporting training that underpins Global Standards and ensures compliance and risk management. Drive operating performance and standards of delivery of onsite teams. Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and maintain effective working relationships with all members of Property Management, maintaining independence and integrity of service delivery. Develop relationships with Shared Services / Platform / National Leadership to leverage resources and support corporate initiatives. Support business leaders in demonstrating Property Management operations capability in new business opportunities. Maintain relationships with external clients through advisory engagement, compliance, SOP, and risk management initiatives. Experience Senior level PM delivery experience. More than 10 years of relevant experience in the property management industry. At least 3 relevant years of P&L experience (even exposure/involvement). Required Skills and Knowledge Ability to work independently and remain task focused. Superior attention to detail and organisational skills. Mature interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent written and oral presentation skills. Experience in best practice initiatives. Creative ability. Open to domestic travel. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a property-related discipline, accounting, compliance or law. Master’s in business administration is a plus. Completion of intermediate to advanced training in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; PowerPoint intermediate competency advantageous.
