Job Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in either sales or recruitment. If you’re a strong communicator, results-driven, and eager to grow in the recruitment field—this is your chance to build a rewarding career with us

What You’ll Do
  • Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple roles
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Meet recruitment targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder (preferred, But Not Required)
  • Familiarity with job boards, social media, and sourcing techniques is a plus
