Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Sales Consultant located in Cebu. The Property Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property tours, and providing detailed information on BE Projects. Additional tasks include negotiating and finalizing sale agreements, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications Sales and Negotiation skills Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills Strong Organizational and Time Management skills Ability to conduct Property Tours and provide comprehensive property details Proficiency in market analysis and competitor monitoring Prior experience in real estate or property sales is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
