Attach this together with your updated CV to become a priority applicant Role Role : Senior Benefits Analyst Work Arrangement Work Arrangement : Work from Office Location Location : Philippines - Makati Schedule Schedule : Night shift Responsibilities Provide subject matter expertise on payroll audits for benefit deductions and manage corrections to ensure accurate processing Provide call monitoring, mentoring, training, and support for benefit team members and analysts Spearhead benefits-related projects as a subject matter expert, including online enrollment, ACA, and data imports/exports Configure and maintain electronic benefits enrollment platforms, including creating and administering plans, rates, contributions, and 401k Manage data file feeds and integrations with carriers and third parties, and troubleshoot system errors or data discrepancies Monitor and maintain ACA compliance reporting, including 1095C form generation and IRS E-filing Provide phone support, serving as an escalation point for complex benefit inquiries Prepare custom reports for management, vendors, and clients Qualifications & Requirements Proven ability to work in a customer-focused environment with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Strong background in critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting system issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access You\'re a skilled user of PrismHR, with advanced abilities in benefit administration, enrollment, Informer, data management, and billing reconciliations You have a solid understanding of benefits administration regulations and laws, and you\'re proficient in creating and interpreting reports and spreadsheets Degree Level or Equivalent Combination of Education & Experience 5+ years of experience in US benefits administration or HRIS systems Serves as the Senior Benefits Analyst and primary contact for escalating Prism tickets Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Prism setups, including master plans, billing, GL and codes Manages Online Portal configuration and troubleshoots related issues Sets up and troubleshoots Master BlueStar 401k master plans and data feeds Prepares all plan renewal information for open enrollment and handles specialty client reports Non-negotiable skills & requirements Note : All listed qualifications are required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
