DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleThe Exclusive Networks PH is looking for a Solutions Consultant to join us in Manila. Exclusive Networks is a trusted digital infrastructure specialist.
In this role, you will provide pre/post-sales support to our sales team in positioning cybersecurity solutions.
We seek engineers who can embody a services-first ideology within Exclusive Networks.
As the Solutions Consultant, you will:- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, functionality, and benefits of our solutions.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solution designs and proposals aligned with our product portfolio.
- Assist in creating and reviewing RFPs and RFIs by providing technical expertise.
- Engage in technical discussions and solution design sessions with customers, understanding their technical environment and providing recommendations.
- Identify and address technical objections or concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and professional services, to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Conduct product evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for sales teams.
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Team Lead and colleagues to achieve goals and KPIs.
The ideal Solutions Consultant:
- Reviews project SOW with presales, sales, or post-sales lead.
- Conducts project kick-offs and discusses prerequisites.
- Implements and configures projects according to SOW and timeline.
- Provides activity reports on project progress.
- Conducts User Acceptance Testing of completed projects.
- Performs knowledge transfer and provides as-built documentation.
- Provides L1-L2 after-sales support via SLA agreements.
- Coordinates support for L3 TAC support.
