About the role

We are seeking a talented Solutions Workday Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Solutions Workday Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting the Workday platform for our clients. This full-time position is based in Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work with a leading provider of energy and infrastructure solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyze client requirements and design Workday solutions to meet their unique business needs
  2. Configure and customize the Workday platform to align with client processes and workflows
  3. Provide technical expertise and guidance in the implementation, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems
  5. Deliver comprehensive training and support to end-users on Workday functionality
  6. Continuously monitor and optimize Workday solutions to enhance performance and user experience
  7. Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of Workday capabilities within the organization

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Workday Consultant or in a similar role
  3. Strong understanding of Workday modules, configuration, and customization
  4. Proficiency in business process analysis, system design, and project management
  5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
