Network Data Scientist

We’re looking for a passionate Data Scientist / AI Model Developer who will build intelligent systems that power network insights, automation, and data-driven decisions across the organization. You will be accountable for assembling data models, developing machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and self-service data products that serve both functional and non-functional needs of NTG. You will also help ensure clean, trusted data is available for dashboards, insights, reports, and advanced analytics applications. Responsibilities Integrate and profile large-scale network and business data into a single, unified schema across subject areas. Analyze and design data integration solutions that scale with growing data volumes. Troubleshoot data issues (e.g., missing fields, malformed dates) to ensure data integrity and quality. Collaborate with the NAI Team to enhance business model maps and analytical pipelines. Validate and optimize presentation layer configurations to align with the underlying data model. Design and develop Cluster, Cohort, Predictive, and Prescriptive analytics models. Build data models that support geospatial and interactive analytics capabilities. Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and predictive models to uncover patterns and optimize network performance. Maintain a repository of algorithms for scalable use by data scientists and analysts. Conduct statistical and exploratory analyses to solve complex data problems. Continuously improve analytical models and tools, researching new technologies and methodologies. Participate in workshops to refine the use of SAS and other analytical platforms in the Globe NAI environment. Who You Are A data-driven problem solver with strong curiosity and a passion for innovation. Experienced in data modeling, analytics, or machine learning. Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and integrating diverse data sources. Collaborative, proactive, and excited to help shape Globe’s data intelligence future. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Math, Statistics, or Data Science. At least 2 years experience in data science, engineering, or machine learning. Knowledgeable in Python, SQL, basic ML models.
