The HR L&D Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) strategies within the organization. This role will be responsible for a variety of activities, including soft skills identification, learning path curation, onboarding end-to-end management, vendor management, and administrative support for various L&D programs. Location: BGC, Taguig Work Setup: Hybrid Department: HR Onboarding Management Facilitation of orientation sessions on a weekly basis for new hires Streamlining administrative tasks and improving communication. Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process. Handling pre- and post-onboarding administrative tasks, such as email communications, tracker maintenance, welcome video preparation, and coordination with stakeholders. Maintaining and updating decks and Kahoot quizzes on a bi-weekly basis. Own the coordination and management of Sales Enablement for new hires, including coordinating product training and other SE activities for new hires in the ESG department. External Training Management Source and evaluate external training vendors for non-technical skills development programs. Manage vendor accreditation and coordination processes. Oversee the monthly tracking and reporting of external training activities, including soft skills and vendor performance. Administrative Support Manage RFP filings for various L&D initiatives, external training, and other relevant programs. Assist with JD reviews for non-technical roles. Creates and oversees training bonds for both technical and non-technical employees. Manage employee performance development plans (PDPs), including learning path assignments. Process employee clearances and ATDs (Absence Tracking Devices). Support logistical aspects for all training, including campaigns and related activities. Support for L&D Projects and Initiatives Soft Skills Identification Research and identify critical soft skills required for specific roles, both technical and non-technical. Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of soft skills for all roles. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between identified soft skills and business objectives. Curate engaging learning paths for new hires (3rd to 6th month), incorporating internal and external resources. Research and recommend relevant courses from LinkedIn Learning (LIL) and Udemy. Education – Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Training & Development, or a related field. Related Experience –2 - 3 years of experience in training management and facilitating onboarding sessions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge Training & Development: Basic understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick Model), and competency-based training and development. Knowledge of L1-L4 training effectiveness evaluation. Familiarity with current L&D best practices and trends. Technical Skills: Proficient in computer applications: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Meet). Working knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Above-average presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to confidently present to large audiences. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Comfortable interacting with colleagues and team members professionally and respectfully. Analytical and reporting skills. Ability to think critically and approach problem-solving with a practical mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Willingness to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
