Safety Data Management Specialist – Makati

Job Description

  • Organize & analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Integrate data from various sources and prepare business reports for decision-making
  • Maintain database by updating, verifying, and backing up data
  • Perform data entry & validation using company system and Microsoft Excel
  • Assist in process optimization and performance review
  • Archive and organize files according to confidentiality policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any Business or Finance related course
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig when required for office shift
  • Can start ASAP

Data Analytics Specialist (Eh 1916) – Mandaluyong, NCR (Accenture)

Role overview and duties include data extraction, validation & transformation; building data models and KPIs; collaborating with clients and stakeholders; mentoring junior team members; and contributing to documentation of learnings and best practices.

  • Graduate from a 4-year course related to Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics or Information Systems
  • At least 4 years of experience in SQL-based data extraction and modeling
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Celonis, Tableau, Power BI
  • Availability to work in Mandaluyong or Accenture sites as required

Experience

  • SQL: 4 years (preferred)
Data Analyst – Product Management – Taguig

Location: Taguig, NCR

Job Description

  • Understand product performance data in detail; sources, meanings, and implications
  • Analyze KPIs by product, service, process and channel; prepare reports and communicate findings
  • Build/adjust data models and KPIs; leverage billing and customer data
  • Collaborate with departments to improve product analysis and presentation

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL and Python skills valued
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; able to work under pressure
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
  • Ability to commute to Taguig or relocate as required
