Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social Ads – Remote We’re looking for an energetic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Social Ads to help manage and optimize ad campaigns for our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic startup team of young, growth-driven professionals and contribute directly to brand success through strategic campaign execution and data-driven optimization. Salary & Benefits Salary Range: ₱80,000 - ₱90,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements) Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus, performance bonus Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Meta, Snap, or TikTok. Collaborate with creative and copy teams to gather and implement ad assets. Monitor analytics and campaign performance, adjusting based on client direction and performance data. Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness. Apply standardized UTM tracking across campaigns. Maintain templated dashboards and reports for campaign results. Test and validate new ad strategies and approaches under client guidance. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of Meta Ads experience. Solid understanding of conversion-related paid media metrics. Ability to calculate and interpret ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key paid media KPIs. Familiarity with Slack and Gmail for team communication. Proficiency with analytics tools and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience running paid social campaigns for a product-led B2B SaaS company. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Nice to Have 1+ year of TikTok and/or Snap Ads platform experience. Experience with Notion for project tracking and team organization. Background in campaigns for productivity or B2B SaaS software. Some exposure to creative strategy and understanding of what drives conversions. Experience managing high campaign volumes (agency or similar fast-paced environments).
