Social media management: Organize and schedule content from videographers and editors. Create captions and schedule posts. Monitor and grow accounts. Administrative duties: Handle client inquiries, invoicing, and follow‑ups. Manage email inbox and calendar bookings. Coordinate content capture days with clients. Follow up on bookings and payments. Support Directors and assist with delegated tasks. What you need Proficiency with platforms and scheduling tools. Strong organizational skills for content management. Administrative skills: invoicing, email, calendar tools; excellent communication. Technical proficiency: digital marketing and office software. Remote work capability: independent work, strong time management.
