About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team at Paking Duck, a fast-moving packaging company supporting modern DTC brands. This role is client-facing and cross-functional, bridging communication between clients, our operations team, and partner factories to ensure a smooth production and delivery process.

Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored packaging or shipping solutions
    • Set clear expectations on pricing, timelines, and deliverables
    • Gather feedback to improve client experience
  • Project & Order Management
    • Own project timelines and ensure smooth sampling, production, and delivery
    • Coordinate with internal teams and factories for execution
    • Monitor quality control processes and escalate issues
  • Quotations & Reporting
    • Generate and update quotes and documentation
    • Track margin opportunities and client profitability
    • Maintain project trackers and Lark dashboards
  • Cross-Department Coordination
    • Work closely with Logistics, Social Media, and Factory teams
    • Translate client briefs into actionable steps for suppliers
    • Attend internal meetings and manage follow-ups
  • Email & Communication Management
    • Prioritize and manage email communication with clients and suppliers
    • Maintain up-to-date records in our project management systems (Lark)
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • Business acumen and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or DTC/e-commerce brands a plus
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
