Overview

Electrical Engineer role at Daiichi Properties, Inc. . Full-time position based in BGC, Taguig. Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Licensed, with 3-5 years of work experience in electrical design and site work.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee on-site electrical work and monitor progress to ensure quality and safety.
  • Review electrical designs, prepare bidding documents, evaluate technical bids, and estimate material quantities.
  • Prepare bid documents, conduct technical bid evaluations, and facilitate clarification meetings with contractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct material quantity surveys and prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical components and installations.
Qualifications
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferably a licensed Electrical Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or real estate development.
  • Experience in supervising and monitoring construction works.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Knowledge of Computer Aided Design Software (AutoCAD) and MS Office.
