Product & UX Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product & UX Associate who will support product and design execution across QA, usability testing, user research, insights analysis, and process flow creation. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, curious about users, and eager to grow into a product or design leadership path.

You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering team to ensure that features are well-tested, feedback is captured, and user insights inform every release.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Testing

  • Conduct QA testing for features and bug fixes.
  • Manage ticketing (bugs, issues, improvements) in Jira or similar tools.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
  • Run usability testing sessions to validate ease of use and flow.

User Research & Insights

  • Conduct user interviews to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Gather and analyze survey data and summarize results.
  • Observe user behavior and prepare insight summaries with recommendations.
  • Perform ad-hoc and competitive research to benchmark features and design.

Process & Documentation

  • Build and maintain process flows for QA, feedback, and testing.
  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and usability findings.
  • Ensure feedback loops are closed (communicate updates back to users and internal teams).

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in QA, UX research, product operations, or design support.
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, Typeform, or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot usability issues.
  • Clear communicator – can turn data, interviews, and feedback into actionable insights.
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn product management and design.
  • Bonus: Background in real estate tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing products.
