Responsibilities Be responsible for a wide spectrum of responsibilities and must be able to multitask with ease and proficiency. Be responsible for regular and often daily interactions with all company departments/campaign team leaders and the whole management team. Maintain an open line of communication between staff and senior management. Manage and staff the operations assigned. Be responsible for all aspects of operations which include but are not limited to monitoring operations staffing, providing temporary coverage and training; provision of excellent client service, problem resolution and the like. Develop individual and team goals and implement plans to carry out objectives. Guide the Operations Managers in meeting all team & individual goals. Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures. Assist the Senior Director of Operations / Vice President of Operations in crafting operations procedures. Qualifications At least 10 years of experience in the related field, preferably senior level with a large span specialising in BPO Operations and Management or equivalent. Capable of building and maintaining client relationships is required for this role. Managed at least 1,000 FTEs and has strong computer skills, especially in using Google Suite applications. Proven track record of meeting and delivering targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This person must be able to build productive business relationships with clients and must have strong organisational, analytical and managerial skills.
