Description We are a fast‑growing automotive organization dedicated to identifying and training future leaders in the industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled F&I Director to manage financing and insurance transactions, oversee dealership systems, and drive growth across our markets. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all F&I (Finance & Insurance) activities for the dealership. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all financing and insurance transactions. Operate dealership technology platforms such as CDK, Dealertrack, and Darwin. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to F&I. Partner with sales and finance teams to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and insurance for automotive sales. Strong work ethic and the ability to pass a background check. Proficiency with CDK, Dealertrack, and Darwin software. Preferred: Experience working with luxury automotive clients.
