Otsuka-Solar Philippines Incorporated, best known for its flagship product Pocari Sweat, is currently hiring Marketing Specialists

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and executing trade marketing programs like in-store promotions, eye-catching displays, and sampling events to attract customers.
  • Ensure our products look great and are easy to spot in stores by implementing merchandising standards and managing materials like displays and coolers.
  • Help monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to ensure everything stays on track.
  • Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, sharing your findings with the team.
  • Assist in product launches, promotions, and orientation for merchandisers to ensure everything runs smoothly in-store.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in any 4-year course (Fresh Graduates)
  • A passion for events and project coordination—you thrive on organizing and delivering results
  • A go-getter attitude who takes initiative and doesn't shy away from challenges.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications for reporting and planning.
  • A team player who can build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
