We are currently seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Office Staff. This direct-hire job is located in Naga City.

Job Scope:

Processing of Permit renewal and building related concern. Serves as the admin of the branch, manage the requisition for rental, electric and water bill.
Manage the processing of SI, DR, CR, and BI to clients
Maintain admin and accounting records
Serves as the main-person for the requisition of reimbursements for sales & technical
Work jointly with the other internal team to create harmonious and goal-oriented working environments.
Collect overdue accounts from respective clients.
Help AR team for the collection and follow up overdue accounts assigned by accounting.
Responsible in uploading the SOF to SAP B1 as necessary.
•Deliver items to client as necessary.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any bachelor's degree
With experience in the same field
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Tech-Savvy
Proficient in MS Office applications
With pleasing appearance and personality
With experience in processing of legal and statutory documents, admin tasks
