Job Description : A Change Management Partner will play a key role in ensuring that the project or rollout meets its objectives by increasing employee adoption. This person will focus on the people side of change brought about by changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, and minimize resistance typically across projects with higher change complexities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate change management plans into the overall project plan. Identify and manage potential risks related to change adoption.
  • Provide support to the project teams related to change management.
  • Analyze stakeholders, develop communication plans, and address their concerns.
  • Identify and assess change-related risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and ensure accessibility of change management documentation.
  • Track and report on change management progress and analyze project data.
  • Evaluate the impact of change requests and update the change management plan accordingly.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training materials and sessions.
  • Address stakeholder concerns, provide support, and gather feedback.
  • Monitor change management effectiveness, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations and identify lessons learned.
  • Deliverables include Change Management Strategy, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Plan, Training Plan, and Change Management Status Reports.

  • Hard: Proficiency in change management tools and software; Knowledge of data analysis tools for CM KPI analysis; Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; Understanding of Agile frameworks and their application to change management.
Hiring Requirements
  • At least 5 years of working experience in organizational change management
  • Change management certification is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
  • IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Nice to have: Certification/License (Optional): CCMP, Prosci CMP, PMP
