Role overview Application Technology - Flexible Packaging role focused on conducting analysis, testing, and quality control within a technical laboratory. The role supports product innovation and quality through research, formulation development, and timely, accurate analytical results using instrumental equipment. Responsibilities Ensure blending recipe and color matching meet customer expectations and SW standards. Participate in formal and informal training as appropriate. Document data, observations and conclusions in the ERP system. Adhere to HSE / PSR standards at all times. Perform a variety of routine tasks under close supervision to gain experience with methods, practices and programs. Support quality control for all blended ink types. Participate in SLOB reduction programs by solving problems or assisting work-off activities. Maintain professional standards in laboratory practices and procedures; ensure testing equipment is in good operating condition. Enable Global Analytic Network labs to support all business units in their projects (e.g., solvent quality, development projects, deformulation, claim management, customer projects, BYTE activities, etc.). Verify analysis methods monthly and calibrate GC methods biannually. Update GAN statistics template monthly and provide GAN reports on a monthly basis.
