Riggers

Safely rig, move, and position heavy equipment and materials using cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices. Inspect, maintain, and repair rigging equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop and implement safe lifting plans. Provide guidance and training to less experienced Riggers to promote a culture of safety. Identify and address potential hazards to mitigate risks on the job site. Maintain detailed records of all rigging activities and equipment inspections. What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Rigger in the mining, construction, or related industries. Comprehensive understanding of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, lift plans, and other technical documents. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills to address complex rigging challenges. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Proficiency in the use of rigging tools and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and slings. Valid driver's license and the ability to operate various types of heavy machinery.
