Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Delivery Supervisor to join our team
The Learning Delivery Supervisor leads the execution of training programs across new hire and continuous learning initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring consistent quality of facilitation, managing training logistics, and overseeing learning systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in training operations and stakeholder management and is passionate about driving impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coach a team of facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery and classroom management.
- Manage training schedules, facilitator assignments, and logistics to meet SLAs (coverage, timeliness, attendance, completion).
- Oversee LMS administration including enrollments, attendance tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor and evaluate delivery quality using Kirkpatrick Model (L1–L3), learner feedback, and observations.
- Partner with Instructional Design, Talent Development, and business leaders to align training with business needs.
- Analyze delivery data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain training records for audit and compliance readiness.
- Support creative formats such as virtual events, social learning campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with 1–2 years in facilitation and training operations.
- Strong facilitation background and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in LMS administration, scheduling, and logistics.
- Skilled in coaching and evaluating facilitators.
- Familiarity with Kirkpatrick evaluation model and basic data storytelling.
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and hybrid setup.
- Must be open to reporting onsite and traveling to other office locations when needed.
- Experience with virtual and social learning platforms (e.g., EdApp, 360Learning, Degreed, NovoEd, Microsoft Viva).
- Knowledge of learning activation techniques (campaigns, nudges, gamification).
- Exposure to compliance or audit readiness in training contexts.
