Paid Media Specialist (Social + Search) – Remote GrowthAssistant is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist (Social + Search) to manage and optimize performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads . This role is perfect for someone analytical, proactive, and data-savvy , who thrives on improving campaign performance and driving measurable results. You’ll collaborate with U.S.-based clients and internal teams to deliver high-impact advertising strategies across multiple channels. Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) Paid Time Off: 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Launch and manage ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and Video). Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and CPA . Analyze data trends and create insightful reports using Google Sheets/Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Collaborate with marketing and creative teams for ad copy and asset updates. Conduct keyword research and ensure adherence to SEM best practices. Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams via Slack, email, and video calls. Support competitor analysis and creative testing initiatives . What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (setup, optimization, analysis). 1+ year of Google Ads experience (Search, Display, or Performance Max preferred). Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Sheets or Excel. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable. Experience working with U.S.-based clients . Nice to Have Experience in agency setup or managing multiple client accounts. Familiarity with attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or GA4. Experience using SEMRush, Meta Ad Library , or other intelligence and analytics tools.
