Responsibilities Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of clients, including: Digital materials (social media content, website designs, digital ads, mobile apps) Convert digital materials to video format with minimal animation Print materials (OOH execu­tions, trade, retail, event materials, print ads) Minor styling and product photography Sourcing of vector, stock photo and font assets Post‑processing of client‑given and shot assets Creative thinking and visualization: Provide inputs and ideas during discussions and determine how best to represent a concept visually Learn and understand details pertaining to the company's effective operation and workflow Exercise proper discretion in creating the design execution and determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use Participate in brainstorming sessions Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines Present completed ideas to clients/ team members Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas Administration and reporting: Ensure all artworks created are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisor Maintain proper file backup and folder arrangement Take care of equipment unit Maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced Ensure all deliverables are met and on time Plan and prepare for outcomes based on priority and effective time management Team management: Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by junior members Coordinate and cascade aligned information during discussions with the team Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions Manage own brand accounts and projects, working within budget (if social media shoots) and other requirements Confer with creative, art, copywriting, or production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and to coordinate creative activities Requirements Previous work in a digital agency environment is a plus A strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Creative with a desire to merge knowledge and experience with business and art Must be willing to work on‑site if required, but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere Benefits Digital isn’t the easiest industry to be part of — it’s always on and always evolving.
