We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounting Assistant to join our team and support daily office and financial operations. Position Overview The Admin and Accounting Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting the management team with essential documentation and coordination. This position is ideal for a graduate of Accountancy who is eager to grow in a professional real estate environment. Key Responsibilities Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks. Prepare, record, and monitor accounting entries and expense reports. Assist in billing, collections, and financial documentation. Organize and maintain company files, receipts, and vouchers. Support coordination between departments for office operations. Ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field (required). Preferably with background in Accounting and Admin tasks . Experience in real estate is a strong advantage. Must reside in Makati City or nearby areas. Has own laptop and internet connection for report submissions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills . Willing to start immediately .
