Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining vessels-specific databases as required (examples: Q88, Sis3, HVPQ, Officer Matrix, PMS, PIQ) and assist in completing vessel questionnaires as requested by the Marine and Technical Department.
  • Assist in document control with HSSEQ to ensure documents and procedures follow company format, including spelling control.
  • Create monthly reports within responsibility areas: Rest hours, Vetting, PSC, KPI for HR, Marine & HSSEQ, HR Sea and Shore, Technical.
  • Account vessel invoices for dedicated vessels in Eyeshare.
  • Assist in preparation for inspection: assist the Marine and Technical Department and vessels in the documentation part of the preparation for inspections conducted by Oil Majors, and assist the Marine department in preparing and handling documents related to Vessel General Permit.
  • Any other tasks from Ship Management could be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience and skills required to be able to perform at an acceptable level.
  • Preferably experience in quality assurance and technical maintenance within the shipping industry (one or multiple subjects).
  • Experience onboard the ships, naval background or ship management.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative and solution-focused.
