Your Role

As a Fleet Non-Trade In Coordinator , you will:

  • Coordinate the transport of vehicles for Interleasing and Carila, and accurately process all related disposal invoices.
  • Terminate vehicles within SLA and prepare them for sale, ensuring all unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) charges are applied.
  • Comply with all government regulations related to vehicle sales.
  • Manage internal vehicle sales processes and reporting, aiming to minimize repair and disposal costs.
  • Maintain control of returned vehicle stock and complete monthly stock reports, accounting for 100% of vehicles.
  • Identify new best practices to enhance workflow and increase sale price performance.
  • Participate in system development and testing initiatives.
  • Contribute to process improvement activities and ensure all required documentation is updated in the operating system (Miles).
What You Need
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fleet management, automotive, or leasing industry
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Preferred skills / expertise
  • Background in auctions or the motor vehicle industry
  • Familiarity with unfair wear and tear (UFW&T) guidelines and vehicle termination processes
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination and supplier/customer communication
  • Excellent presentation and internal collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement approach
