The Role For this role, you will be dedicated to supporting a North American luxury ecommerce brand that has been in business for nearly 20 years. The company is a market leader with strong growth, a well-established reputation, and a wide customer base across the U.S. and Canada. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing business risks and opportunities, driving efficiency, and supporting strategic growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, evaluate performance metrics, and leverage data and AI-powered tools to deliver actionable insights. What You’ll Do Partner with logistics, production, supply chain, and operations teams to analyze cross-functional data and uncover insights. Support demand planning and inventory cycles, evaluating product performance and building purchasing plans. Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities in line with company goals. Lead and automate forecasting and reporting processes using advanced and AI-enabled tools. Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and analysis. Monitor and report on KPIs, recommending improvements. Provide ad-hoc analysis for leadership on high-priority questions. Assess current workflows and propose automation or process improvements. Approach problems with an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of solutions. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration. Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A professional. Advanced Excel (models, forecasting, automation); familiarity with BI tools or AI-powered analytics (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, ChatGPT) a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience evaluating business performance metrics and linking them to strategy. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, North America–focused environment.
