Audit Coordination Specialist needed to manage audit scheduling and supplier communication for a global company with a strong growth trajectory. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Ensure 100% of all audit bookings are arranged, confirmed, and executed accurately and timely. Respond to and process all email requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Coordinate proactively with suppliers and factories to schedule audits, confirming location, date, and organization. Take full ownership of audits to ensure smooth execution according to schedule. Handle inquiries from customers, suppliers, and factories with clear and timely responses. Collaborate with internal teams to allocate auditors and manage expenses within budget. Work flexible hours including day, night, and weekend shifts to support global operations. Report directly to the Audit Operations Leader – Greater Asia. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Trade, Relations, or related field. Proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken. Good computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously.
