We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Manager to lead and coordinate our internal auditing processes. The Audit Manager will be responsible for planning and executing audits, ensuring compliance with international and governmental regulations, and recommending improvements in internal controls and operational efficiency.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and develop internal auditing procedures in alignment with the overall audit plan
  2. Supervise and perform independent internal audits across the following departments to ensure compliance and effectiveness: sales outlets, production, raw materials, and distribution
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational integrity and regulatory compliance
  4. Prepare detailed audit analysis and reports for management and relevant departments
  5. Conduct investigations into irregularities, errors, or fraud, and determine root causes
  6. Draft and present recommendations for corrective measures and process improvements
  7. Advise senior executives and stakeholders on audit findings, risk management, and policy enhancements
  8. Oversee audit teams, provide guidance, and ensure the timely completion of audit cycles

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in internal and/or external auditing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful audit results and driving compliance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical thinking and time management skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
